Yes. We connect to systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and Odoo in whatever way your system allows: directly, through standard EDI messages, or by file exchange. We check what your version supports before we give you a price.
No. Most projects start next to what you already have: we take over one part, such as taking in orders, tracking or paperwork, and connect it to the rest.
With a maintenance agreement, your issues go to the front of the queue and are handled as quickly as possible.
We plan for GDPR from the start: only the personal data you need, each person sees only what their role allows, and we sign a data processing agreement with you. Your data and its backups stay in data centres in the EU.
From day one, not at the end. It is in your account, with the instructions needed to run the system, so another team could take over at any time.
Anything we delivered that does not work as agreed is fixed free of charge for two months. After that, a maintenance agreement from €200 a month covers updates, security fixes, bug fixes and small changes.
It depends on what you need. Mapping the work takes one to two weeks and the first screens to try another two to three; after that you get a working piece every two weeks. You get a timeline together with the quote.
